Returns Policy

To make a return please fill out our ‘Contact Us’ form under the support header or email us at info@thekeeperlimited.com and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

We accept returns for wrong size and change of mind in exchange for a store credit only. Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping in your store credit.

All return requests must be made within 28 days after the date of delivery. 

The items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and is in original condition with all the tags still attached.

  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan).

  • The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder).

  • Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons).

Please Note: that due to limited runs we do not offer exchanges as we can not guarantee that the item/s will be in stock.

Sale items can not be returned, so please choose carefully!

We do not offer refunds unless the items arrive faulty or damaged.

The Keeper reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit of 28 days, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by The Keeper and at your own expense!
